principle  and  application

Shaded  pole motor stator  assembly  comprises of iron core  and auxiliary winding, auxiliary winding is also named as short-circuit loop , its function is to create excitation potential and create rotating magnetic field in air gap . Rotor comprises of iron core and squirrel cage strip, squirrel cage steip is also named as conductor of rotor winding,its function is to  create inductive electric potential while it cut off air gap and rotate magnetic field to form inductive electric  - magnetic  rotation torque and enter into conversion from electric energy  to mechanical energy . shadee pole motoe features  stable construction ,low noise and enter into conversion fronm electric energy to mechanical  enery , shaded  pole  motor features  stable construction ,low noise and freeinterruption for electric magnetic field ,it is widely used  in light - duty startup, for example baking oven, water heater, machine , massage machine , bottle  operation ,and free electric-magetic interruption ,free  from maintenance and so forth
